Personal data processing agreement

1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the user expresses his or her consent to LLC «INTERMEDIARIO BUSINESS-MEDIATOR» (hereinafter — the Company, legal address: 117525 Russia, Moscow, Dnepropetrovskaya st., Building 3, housing 5, office 8) to the automated processing of his or her personal data through cookies (a bit of data about the user’s actions on the website, location information, information about the type and version, the language of the user’s equipment and browser, the type of device and its screen resolution, the date and time of the session, the source from which the user came to the site, from which site or for which advertising, IP address), including using metric programs: Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Firebas Google, Tune, Amplitude, Segmento, with the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, adjustment (updating, modification), retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission (including cross-border transmission), dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, by filling in Web forms on the website https://www.intermediario.global, its subdomains and all belonging domains (hereinafter –  “Website”). Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (citizen).
2. This Agreement applies to the processing of the following personal data:
   • Full Name;
   • current residence address (city, region);
   • company name and its profile;
   • phone numbers;
   • e-mail address.
3. The user also expresses his or her consent to the processing and cross-border transmission of personal data to the contractor of the Company for sending marketing and newsletters.
4. By accepting this Agreement and leaving his or her personal data on the Website by filling in Web forms, the User:
   • confirms that the personal data specified by him/her belongs to him/her personally;
   • acknowledges that he/she is fully acquainted with with this Agreement and the terms of processing of personal data, specified in online requests on the Website;
   • acknowledges that all the terms of this Agreement and the procession conditions are clear to him/her;
   • agrees to the processing of the provided personal data, in order to register the User on the Website;
   • agrees with the processing conditions of personal data, without any disagreement.
5. The grounds for processing personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Article 6 of Federal Law  № 152-FL On Personal Data.
6. In the course of processing, the following operations will be performed with personal data: collection, storage, adjustment (updating, modification), transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction.
7. The Company undertakes not to disclose your personal information to third parties except acting on the basis of an agreement with the Company to fulfill obligations to the User and only within the framework of this Agreement.
8. Personal data is stored and processed until all necessary procedures are completed or until the liquidation of the Company.
9. The User or his/her representative can revoke this consent by sending the appropriate order (notification) in a simple written form to the e-mail: contact@intermediario.global.
10. The user accepts the Cookies policy used on the Website and agrees to receive information about the IP address and other information about his/her activities on the Website. This information is not used to identify the User.
11. When processing Personal Data, the Company uses technical and organizational security systems to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, as well as against other illegal actions.
12. Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Intermediario LLC and its affiliates and services offered on other sites (such as our advertising services), but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
